• BS degree in engineering;Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Facilities, or Maintenance Engineering emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of consistent processes across 10–15 sites in the US.
• Lead scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, line layouts, purchasing, cost estimating and control.
• Develop and execute CI roadmap aligned with sector strategy.
• Direct large, multi-site CI projects and manage external vendors/contractors as needed.
• Provide leadership to site engineers and field engineering teams across the USA and Canada.
