Job summary

DIPRA seeks a Regional Engineer to build credible relationships with engineers and utilities across a multi-state Western region. The role emphasizes technical advocacy for ductile iron pipe and direct customer interactions, not a sales position.

You will support research, participate in program development, and travel ~50% to meet utilities, municipalities, and consulting engineers. PE or EIT with PE pathway is preferred, with a license within 1–2 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred).
• PE license or EIT with PE pathway within 1–2 years.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with decision makers among engineers and water utilities.
• Provide technical information on the proper application of ductile iron pipe.
• Assist in technical program implementation and standards advocacy.
