Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Regional Energy Services Operations Leader for the Mid-Atlantic region. The role focuses on contracting fulfillment, operational excellence, and successful project execution to meet strategic objectives and customer satisfaction.

You will lead engineering teams, participate in preconstruction activities, and ensure financial performance while partnering with sales, operations, and engineering to define project requirements and constructability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years in facilities or construction preferred.
• Experience with contracting processes for installing building automation systems and turnkey projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and support regional financial performance.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations as listed.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracting fulfillment processes for regional objectives.
• Ensure post-order quality across equipment, services, and building automation.
• Oversee operational functions including order entry, inquiries, engineering, warranties, and resources.
• Guide project development engineering for technical alignment and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering during preconstruction.
