• Quality Assurance: review appointment records for accuracy and timeliness.
• Staff Coaching: support leads and schedulers with coaching and guidance.
• Monitoring & Records Management: ensure policy interpretation and audit-ready records.
• Compliance Reporting: prepare regional summaries and corrective action recommendations.
• Regional Initiative Coordination: support planning and implementation of regional initiatives.
