Job summary

State of Washington Dept. of Social and Health Services seeks a temporary Forensic Navigator Program Supervisor to oversee service delivery and supervise regional staff.

This role ensures adherence to policy, staffing plans, and performance standards under the Trueblood Settlement Agreement. You will collaborate with the Program Administrator to draft and revise policies, conduct staff training, and monitor outcomes across multiple agencies, courts, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Minimum four years of community case management experience.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Forensic Navigator program and supervise staff in the assigned region.
• Assign casework, manage workloads, and train staff to meet performance standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures in alignment with Trueblood Settlement Agreement.
