The RERS works cross-functionally with the North TX employee relations counterpart and the Benefits Team to determine the best outcome for accommodation requests and to maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. This position provides excellent customer service, efficiently manages all tasks, and collaborates with others in the HR Department, as needed.
