Job summary

Carter BloodCare seeks a Regional Employee Relations Specialist to provide strategic ER support across CBC service areas, including multiple Texas regions and beyond. You will guide leaders, conduct investigations, and help develop corrective actions and evaluations in line with CBC policies and laws.

Role requires 5+ years in ER, strong knowledge of employment law, and the ability to train and advise across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of employee relations experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in learning & development, leave management, or accommodations.
• Multi-site employee relations or HR experience in a union environment preferred.
• Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic employee relations support across CBC service areas.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide guidance to leaders, managers, and employees.
• Develop corrective actions, performance development plans, and evaluations for alignment across CBC sites.
• Identify skill gaps and training opportunities; collaborate on new policies.
• Collaborate with North TX ER counterpart and Benefits/L&D teams to ensure compliance and effective outcomes.
