Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of employee relations experience, with 1–2 in leadership.
• SHRM-CP/PHR credential required; SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Employee Relations team across CA, AZ, and TX.
• Investigate complex employee relations issues with objectivity.
• Guide effective, thorough investigations of restaurant employee issues.
• Advise managers on performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Travel to regional locations as needed to provide support and compliance.
