Carle Health is seeking a Manager of Emergency Preparedness to develop and lead the Emergency Management Program for the Carle East Region. You will educate staff, coordinate hands-on training, and work with partners to ensure readiness and effective disaster response.

You will collaborate with internal departments to meet regulatory standards through training and preparedness exercises and manage disaster equipment and inventory across the region.

Qualificações

• Requires ICS certifications and awareness of NIMS/IS-700 standards.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or in safety/public administration/emergency management; experience may substitute education.
• 1 year of related program training, emergency management, or exercise planning/development.

Responsabilidades

• Advises hospital and coalition leadership on program and policy impacts.
• Represents Carle and Emergency Management in planning and coalition development.
• Collaborates with state and local partners and stakeholders.
• Ensures continuity of care guidance during events.
• Manages Emergency Operations Planning and DNV EM requirements at off-site facilities.
