A healthcare facility is seeking a Manager of Emergency Management and Preparedness to oversee all planning, direction, and communication for emergency preparedness activities. The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of experience in emergency preparedness within a large organization, including leadership roles, and be knowledgeable about cyber security and HAZMAT. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and serve as a liaison during emergencies. A Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is required.

Qualificações

• 5 years’ experience in large organizations' emergency preparedness, including leadership roles.
• 3 years working in a Cyber Security-related role.
• Experience in HAZMAT Decontamination and Emergency Response Team management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee emergency preparedness activities and readiness.
• Ensure compliance with emergency preparedness regulatory requirements.
• Act as liaison for all emergency preparedness planning and exercise.

Ability to develop and deliver training materials

Strong organizational skills

Professional presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft desktop applications

Formação académica

Bachelor’s Degree in Disaster/Emergency Management or equivalent
