Memorial Hospital Belleville seeks an experienced Emergency & Healthcare Coalition Manager to lead emergency management programs across two campuses. The role emphasizes medical readiness, regional coordination, and surge planning, with focus on ASRP/HPP capabilities and interagency collaboration.

You will drive training, exercises, and evaluations, ensuring readiness for all-hazards while supporting continuity of care across the healthcare coalition.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in emergency management or related field.
• Certifications in Hazardous Materials and Incident Command System are required.
• Preferred background in disaster preparedness and healthcare coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and evaluates emergency management programs for multiple facilities.
• Maintains regional response supplies and conducts equipment maintenance per policy.
• Leads hazard analysis and planning to address gaps in preparedness.
• Keeps regional communications platforms up to date and functional.
• Supports HICS and MACS coordination across the region.
