Veterans Prime, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Electro-Mechanical Field Service Specialist to maintain client facility equipment and ensure uptime across the region. You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, diagnose issues, and log activities using company laptops, while upholding safety standards.

You will travel regionally (10–25%), train client staff, and support ongoing operations. First year compensation ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 DOE.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of commercial electro‑mechanical repair, industrial maintenance, military, or technical field service experience.
• Working understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software configuration.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight travel averaging 10% to 25%.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary commercial driving credentials (Class B CDL).
• Willingness to work overtime

Responsabilidades

• System Calibration: Execute scheduled maintenance, calibrations, and QA checks on electro‑mechanical systems at client sites.
• Field Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
• Technical Documentation: Log work, update maintenance histories, and manage field inventory daily.
• Technical Instruction: Provide end-user training to client staff to reduce downtime.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and site rules.
