Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
• Excellent communication of problems and solutions.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 100% as required.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel for field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair mechanical and electronic equipment at customer sites.
• Use hand tools and test equipment, including multimeters.
• Discuss maintenance or operation problems with engineering.
• Train customers in field operations and troubleshooting.
• Support product demonstrations and sales activities.
• Provide timely phone troubleshooting and remote assistance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Travel extensively nationwide as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
