Job summary

Veterans Prime, Inc. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Field Service Specialist to maintain readiness and performance at client facilities across the region.

You will work independently to diagnose, calibrate, and service electro‑mechanical systems, with travel expected and a salary range of $60,000–$90,000 in the first year depending on location and experience. Responsibilities include system calibrations, field repairs, documentation, user training, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of commercial electro‑mechanical repair, industrial maintenance, military, or technical field service experience.
• Working understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software configuration.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight travel averaging 10% to 25%.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Class B CDL credentials.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• System Calibration: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance, system calibrations, and QA checks on electro-mechanical systems at client locations.
• Field Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
• Technical Documentation: Log completed work and maintenance histories using laptops and mobile platforms.
• Technical Instruction: Provide end-user maintenance training to client staff.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
