Veterans Prime, Inc. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Field Service Specialist to maintain and calibrate electro-mechanical systems at client sites across the region.

You will work independently to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance. The position requires 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical repair or industrial maintenance, a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software configuration, and

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of commercial electro‑mechanical repair, industrial maintenance, military, or technical field service experience.
• Working understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software configuration.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight travel averaging 10% to 25%
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary commercial driving credentials (Class B CDL)
• Willingness to work overtime

Responsabilidades

• System Calibration: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance, system calibrations, and quality assurance checks on specialized electro-mechanical systems at client locations following strict safety and operational standards.
• Field Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
• Technical Documentation: Log completed work, update maintenance histories, and manage field inventory daily.
• Technical Instruction: Provide operational guidance and end-user maintenance training to client staff to minimize downtime.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
