This role drives staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in electrical construction, 5+ years in senior field leadership, and a Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in electrical construction.
• 5+ years in a senior field leadership role.
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred.
• Experience with project scheduling, manpower planning, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations across multiple electrical construction projects.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to field leadership teams.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to plan staffing and resource allocation.
• Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and milestone execution.
• Enforce and promote company safety policies and procedures.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Monitor budgets, labor productivity, and project performance.
• Communicate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Participate in project planning and coordination meetings.
• Support pre-fabrication initiatives and strategic field planning.
• Be available and responsive to field needs as required.
