Qualifications

• 10 years of related experience with at least 3 in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilités

• Manages the estimating functions in assigned region, area or group including budgets and staffing.
• Implements estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Negotiates purchase orders, subcontracts and change orders during procurement.
• Supervises market cost studies and materials pricing.
• Reviews project details and advises on strategies, techniques, and resources.
• Coordinates with design leads for cost effectiveness and constructability.
• Ensures use of approved estimating systems and maintains cost databases.
• Maintains historical data for estimating man-hours and bid results.
• Reviews final estimate packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Contacts subcontractors and suppliers for outsource pricing.
