Qualifications

• Significant experience in estimating with leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 20%-40% may be required depending on project needs.

Responsabilités

• Manage and administer estimating functions for region or group, including budgets and staff assignments.
• Implement estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers on purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders during procurement.
• Supervise preparation of market cost studies and materials/methods analyses.
• Coordinate with design leads for cost effectiveness and constructability in proposals.
• Maintain standardized estimating systems and historical data for various estimate types.
• Review final estimates and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
