Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers estimating functions for region or group.
• Implements estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Assists project managers with negotiations on purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Prepares market cost studies and materials/methods analyses.
• Reviews final estimate and proposal packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Contacts subcontractors and suppliers for outsource pricing.
