Job summary

RigUp is seeking a highly experienced electrical engineering leader for the Northeast regional department. You will manage a team of about 20 engineers and designers, coordinating across multiple projects at various design stages in a life science context.

You will interface with clients to define scope and deliverables, oversee staffing plans and project estimates, and lead department meetings. This hybrid role is based in Conshohocken, PA three days a week, reporting to the Life Science North

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 15+ years of electrical engineering and design experience in building systems.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Northeast regional electrical department with ~20 engineers and designers.
• Interface with clients to understand project scope and deliverables.
• Develop staffing plans and project estimates for prospective projects.
• Lead department meetings to communicate strategies and staffing across the region.
• Report to Electrical Engineering Department Director, Life Science North America.
• Hybrid role based in Conshohocken, PA three days a week.
