Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
15+ years of practical electrical engineering and design experience.
PE license highly preferred.
Experience with LV/MV power system design, UPS/Generator, lighting, grounding, and heat trace.
Experience leading design teams and interfacing with clients.
Experience with staffing estimates for projects.

Responsibilities

Function as the Northeast regional electrical department manager for a team of ~20 engineers and designers.
Hybrid position in Conshohocken, requiring presence in the office 3 days a week.
Interface with clients to understand project scope and deliverable requirements.
Complete early feasibility and concept studies as part of a multidisciplinary team to produce project reports and cost estimates.
Develop staffing plans and project estimates for prospective projects.
Lead department meetings to communicate business strategies and coordinate activities.
Report to and interface with the Electrical Engineering Department Director, Life Science North America, to align strategies, project proposals, and staffing.
Actively manage regional staffing support needs, elevate strategic technical challenges, and address workforce planning needs.
