Job summary

Consulting Solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager in Conshohocken, PA with a hybrid work model. You will lead a Northeast team of engineers and designers, drive design excellence for life science facilities, and collaborate with clients to shape project scopes and staffing.

The role requires 15+ years in electrical engineering for building systems, NEC compliance, and strong leadership. PE preferred; Revit experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 15+ years in electrical engineering and design for building systems including NEC compliance.
• PE license is highly preferred.
• Experience with medium/low voltage power, large UPS/Generator, lighting, grounding and heat trace in life science settings.
• Experience leading a design team and coordinating with client technical representatives.
• Experience estimating electrical design staffing based on scope and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Northeast regional electrical department with ~20 engineers and designers across multiple projects.
• Interface with clients to understand project scope and deliverables.
• Develop staffing plans and project estimates for prospective projects.
• Lead department meetings to communicate strategies and staffing across the region.
• Report to Electrical Engineering Department Director and align staffing across the organization.
• Actively manage regional staffing and address strategic technical challenges.
