Job summary
On-Board is seeking an Electrical Design Manager in Conshohocken, PA with hybrid flexibility (3 days/week in office). You will lead a Northeast regional team of around 20 engineers and designers, interface with clients, and drive feasibility studies and staffing plans.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 15+ years of practical electrical design experience, including NFPA 70/NEC and local codes.
- PE license preferred.
- Experience with medium/low voltage systems, UPS/generator, lighting, grounding, heat trace.
- Experience leading design teams and monitoring performance.
- Experience on multi-discipline life science facility projects.
- Ability to prepare staffing estimates based on scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead Northeast regional electrical department team (~20 engineers/designers).
- Interface with clients to define scope and deliverables.
- Perform early feasibility studies and cost estimates.
- Develop staffing plans and project estimates; lead department meetings.
- Coordinate with Electrical Engineering Dept Director to align strategies.
- Manage regional staffing needs and escalate technical challenges.
