Responsibilities

• Manage a regional team of approximately 20 engineers and designers for Our Client across multiple projects at various stages of design development and construction.
• Interface directly with clients to understand project scopes and lead multidiscipline teams in completing early feasibility and concept studies.
• Develop and actively manage regional staffing plans, project estimates, and cost reports for prospective and ongoing projects.
• Lead department meetings to communicate business strategies, coordinate activities, and address workforce planning needs.
• Report to Our Client's Electrical Engineering Department Director to align strategies, coordinate proposals, and escalated strategic technical challenges.
