Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Regional Manager of EHS to drive safety performance across a multi-site environment. You will serve as the Safety representative for the region, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and oversee incident investigations.

This role requires travel up to 25% and coordination with executive leadership on safety improvements. You will lead safety meetings, audits, and training programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and GLP/GMP standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience and in-depth knowledge of environment, health and safety regulations.
• 5+ years of experience managing regional/distributed sites (safety).
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience within a high-risk manufacturing environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and educating others in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of process safety and risk assessment tools (e.g. FMEA).
• Knowledge of GLPs, GMPs, Clean-Room and regulatory guidelines.
• Expert on OSHA regulations, Hazmat/Hazwaste.
• Willing to travel (25%).
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.
