Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking an EHS Manager, Regional Service Delivery to lead environmental, health and safety programs across the East Coast region, including Charlotte. This onsite role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with Service Delivery teams to embed safety at all levels.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, develop safety initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health and safety management required.
• CSP certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in EHS programs required; 7+ years if no degree.
• Experience with chemical safety practices highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS programs across the East Coast region.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Develop and implement safety initiatives and training.
• Monitor safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
