Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking an EHS Manager for Regional Service Delivery to lead environmental, health and safety programs across the Gulf Coast region, including Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma. Regular travel is required as part of coordinating safety initiatives with Arcwood leadership.

The role emphasizes building a behavior-based safety culture, policy implementation, and incident management to drive improved safety performance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health and safety management required.
• 3+ years of experience in EHS programs required.
• Previous experience with chemical safety practices required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional environmental, health and safety programs and ensure regulatory conformance.
• Promote behavior-based safety culture and implement safety leadership training.
• Provide technical guidance on EHS questions across departments.
• Monitor safety performance using leading indicators and metrics.
• Develop and maintain safety improvement plans and incident systems.
• Coordinate audits, investigations and corrective actions regionally.
