Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC seeks an EHS Manager, Regional Service Delivery to lead environmental, health and safety programs across the Gulf Coast region, including Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma. Regular travel up to 50% is required.

You will promote a behavior-based safety culture, ensure regulatory conformance, and provide technical leadership across departments while aligning with Arcwood’s safety principles and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in EHS-related programs (required)
• Or 7+ years of experience in EHS-related programs (required) in lieu of degree
• Experience with chemical safety practices (required)

Responsibilities

• Leads health and safety programs regionally across Service Delivery
• Promotes a behavior-based safety culture
• Ensures conformance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and company policies
• Provides technical leadership and guidance across departments on EHS issues
• Maintains audit readiness and leads safety improvement initiatives
• Coordinates with occupational medical facilities for treatment protocols and return-to-work
