GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Manager I, EHS to oversee occupational safety and environmental compliance across U.S. and Canada locations.

You will lead regional EHS programs, drive audits, reporting, and ESG activities while fostering a strong safety culture and sustainability initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and coaching EHS professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance for hazardous waste and permits, and partnering with site leaders to achieve performance goals.

Formación

• 5-7 years of environmental, health and safety experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of the supply chain and logistics industry.
• Knowledge of state and federal rules for hazardous and universal waste, stormwater, permits.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Basics of lean manufacturing.
• Experience working with regulatory partners.

Responsabilidades

• Manage regional EHS programs and systems across multiple locations within the area.
• Develop and perform GXO EHS programs, KPI monitoring, audits and inspections; drive ESG reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of EHS professionals to achieve performance objectives.
• Ensure site processes for handling dangerous goods are accurate and up to date.
• Embed regional sustainability strategies and report on progress; influence senior leadership.
