Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Supervisor to lead the EHS team in maintaining regulatory compliance across our operations.

The role emphasizes strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and health initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Occupational Health and Safety, 2+ years in an EHS role, and experience with MS Office and scanner equipment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience in EHS or safety roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and scanner equipment.
• Knowledge of state and federal EHS regulations and compliance.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated support to the EHS team and ensure compliance at the highest level.
• Maintain, coordinate and communicate EHS processes and procedures.
• Review and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct on-site audits of facilities related to EHS programs.
• Develop and communicate EHS programs and action plans; lead safety meetings.
