Job summary

SAVI EHS is seeking an experienced Regional EHS Manager in the Jacksonville, Florida area to provide EHS leadership across multiple projects and support field and regional operations.

The role involves coordinating with operational leadership, project teams, and field staff to strengthen safety performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote consistent EHS expectations region-wide.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive construction safety experience.
• Experience supporting multiple projects or regional operations preferred.
• Experience with shell construction, concrete, masonry, structural work preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and industry best practices.
• Ability to influence field teams and leadership; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership across multiple active construction projects.
• Support project teams with policy implementation and client requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist with incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Coach leadership and field crews on safe-work practices.
• Lead safety meetings, orientations, and employee training.
• Monitor OSHA and client safety compliance.
• Review project safety plans, permits, and related docs.
• Travel throughout the region as required.
