This individual will support multiple production facilities across South and South-East, helping drive safety, compliance, and environmental initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with operations leadership while influencing safety culture across a growing manufacturing network. This person will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and creating safer, more efficient workplaces.

The Role

• Partner with EHS leadership to implement and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Conduct facility inspections, audits, and compliance reviews to identify risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with plant management to develop practical corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety.
• Support incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and help implement preventive measures to reduce future occurrences.
• Provide guidance and training to operational teams on safety expectations, best practices, and EHS responsibilities.

The Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of EHS experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• A strong communicator who can engage with stakeholders across all business levels
• Based near Lake Wales, FL and able to travel regionally as required (circa. 40%-50% travel)
