Shirley Parsons seeks a Regional EHS Manager to oversee safety programs across 9 manufacturing locations in the New Jersey / Philadelphia area. The role requires a hands-on leader who can audit, train, and sustain robust EHS initiatives in a 24/7 plant environment.

With a 50% travel expectation and a strong emphasis on safety culture in a union setting, this position offers long-term stability, profit-sharing, a bonus, and full benefits for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EHS/HSE/Health and Safety within manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; in lieu, additional certifications are required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular audits, trainings, identify potential hazards, and help improve/maintain existing programs.
• Lead training programs, actively co-manage worker's compensation claims, and support all accident/near-miss investigations.
• Champion the safety culture onsite - this is a union environment.
• Build strong relationships with operational staff and leadership, reporting directly to the EHS Director.
