• Support DOT compliance, transportation safety, and fleet-related safety programs.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on support to facilities throughout the territory.
• Develop and improve safety procedures, training programs, and standards.
• Serve as primary contact during regulatory inspections, audits, investigations.
• Monitor safety KPIs and lead continuous improvement to reduce incidents and injuries.
• Support emergency response planning, hazard assessments, and occupational health programs.

• Regional Environmental Health and Safety Specialist
• Up to 50% travel to regional sites (NJ, PA, MD, DE, VA)

The Regional EHS Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary EHS leader across multiple manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution facilities
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action follow-up
• Manage workers' compensation cases, injury investigations, and return-to-work processes
• Lead facility audits, inspections, and safety observations
• Deliver EHS training for employees, supervisors, and site leadership teams
• Partner directly with operations leaders to improve safety performance and accountability
• Drive safety culture initiatives through visible floor presence and employee engagement
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, EPA, and environmental compliance across the region
• Support DOT compliance, transportation safety, and fleet-related safety programs
• Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on support to facilities throughout the territory
• Develop and improve safety procedures, training programs, and operational standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact during regulatory inspections, audits, and investigations

The ideal Regional EHS Specialist candidate will have the following skillset:
