Job summary

Shirley Parsons is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to oversee 9 locations in the New Jersey/Philadelphia area, with presence across multiple 24/7 manufacturing sites.

This role requires 5+ years of experience in EHS within manufacturing, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. A personal vehicle is required; travel costs are reimbursed, and 50% travel is expected. The position operates in a union environment with long-term stability and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EHS/HSE/Health and Safety within manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; in lieu, additional certifications accepted.
• Must be located in the Pennsauken/Philadelphia/Virginia area.
• Personal vehicle required; travel costs reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits, trainings, identify potential hazards, and help improve/maintain existing programs.
• Lead training programs, actively co-manage worker's compensation claims, and support all accident/near-miss investigations.
• Champion the safety culture onsite in a union environment.
• Build strong relationships with operational staff and leadership, reporting directly to the EHS Director.
