Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Regional EHS Manager in Westmont, IL, responsible for leading EHS programs across multiple locations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%) to manage site audits and inspections, supporting operations teams in enhancing safety performance. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety alongside 10+ years of experience in EHS management. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience, including multi-site regional management.
• Demonstrated understanding of hazardous waste characterization and management.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EHS programs across multiple locations.
• Conduct and oversee safety inspections and EHS observations.
• Travel extensively (up to 80%) to regional locations.
