Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an EHS professional to lead site-wide safety, environmental, and compliance efforts across plant operations. You will develop and oversee training, incident investigations, and regulatory reporting to promote a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, audits, and coordination with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and sustain OSHA compliance. On-site work schedule requires availability across shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, reporting, and policy development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS systems/tools.
• Ability to recognize hazards and coach employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide safety, environmental, and compliance programs to ensure OSHA/regulatory compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and oversee EHS training, safety policies, and emergency plans.
• Investigate incidents, analyze safety trends, and create action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and regulators to manage EHS initiatives and continuous improvement.
