Job summary

H.B. Fuller, a leading adhesives company, seeks a Regional EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple sites in the United States. This role provides PSM oversight, partners with site leaders, and drives safety culture improvements.

You will deliver training, track EHS metrics, investigate incidents, and support daily operations to reduce risk, requiring OSHA/PSM experience and multi-site leadership excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 10-15 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process-driven environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing OSHA compliance programs.
• Extensive experience supporting Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS compliance and risk management programs.
• Oversee and continuously improve PSM programs and standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Track, analyze, and report EHS performance metrics.
• Partner with site leadership to strengthen safety culture.
• Deliver EHS training and regulatory guidance to employees.
• Support daily EHS operations, including hazard identification and mitigation.
