Job summary

H.B. Fuller Company seeks a Regional EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple locations in the United States. You will partner with site leaders to strengthen safety culture and reduce operational risk, while guiding PSM initiatives and training teams.

The role requires a strong background in OSHA compliance, PSM, and data-driven performance tracking to drive continuous improvement and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 10–15 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process-driven environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing OSHA compliance programs.
• Extensive experience supporting Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS compliance and risk management programs.
• Oversee and continuously improve PSM programs and standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Track, analyze, and report EHS performance metrics.
• Partner with site leadership to strengthen safety culture.
• Deliver EHS training and regulatory guidance to employees.
• Support daily EHS operations, including hazard identification and mitigation.
