Job summary

Korn Ferry seeks a Regional Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS across multiple sites in the Midwest. You will drive policy implementation, regulatory compliance, and injury-prevention programs, reporting metrics to senior leadership. This role requires a strong safety leadership background in manufacturing and significant travel.

Responsibilities include developing training calendars, steering safety committees, and mentoring safety professionals to achieve world-class safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations; multi-site program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for implementation, enforcement, and continuous improvement of EHS policies across multiple sites.
• Plan, direct, and implement corporate EHS policies, procedures, and standards at all locations.
• Communicate EHS progress, status, and issues to senior leadership; build awareness through ongoing communication.
• Track, administer, and report EHS metrics and performance to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement best-in-class EHS practices through benchmarking, training, and industry engagement.
• Develop and implement programs focused on injury-free workplaces.
• Drive accountability to eliminate accidents and injuries while fostering ownership.
• Develop and oversee annual safety training calendars and compliance requirements.
• Coach and mentor safety professionals and key stakeholders.
