Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to provide safety leadership across multiple projects and locations within a growing mission-critical division. The role will drive consistent EHS program implementation, audits, and risk assessments, while mentoring site safety professionals.

Ideal candidates bring construction EHS leadership experience, proven ability to manage regional operations, and strong knowledge of OSHA and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Construction EHS leadership experience.
• Experience supporting multiple projects or a regional operation.
• Mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large commercial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and applicable EHS regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with project executives, field teams, and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership across multiple projects and locations.
• Implement and monitor company safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct project audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Support project-specific safety planning and corrective actions.
• Review site-specific safety programs and JHAs.
• Coordinate employee and trade-partner safety training.
• Investigate incidents and communicate findings to leadership.
• Advise operations teams regarding OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local regulations.
• Mentor site-level safety professionals and field leadership.
