Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to lead the environmental, health and safety program across its growing data center sites in Indiana and New York, with travel up to 50% to project sites. You will own permitting, audits, and contractor oversight, integrating AI tools into daily workflows to drive safety culture and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an engineering degree and 7+ years in EHS across multi-site portfolios, with strong EPA regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and strong knowledge of EPA regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience managing compliance programs across multi-site construction portfolios.
• Proven ability to implement AI-driven EHS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Fluidstack's EHS standards and program documentation across all sites.
• Manage GC and contractor EHS plans and ensure compliance with performance metrics.
• Lead environmental permitting processes from strategy through compliance tracking and renewal.
• Embed EHS into project planning with Construction, Development, Legal and Operations teams.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and stay updated on NFPA and other relevant standards.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Apply AI tools to review documents, research compliance, inspect reporting and tracking.
