Job summary

Taylor Farms is seeking a Regional Director of Environmental Health & Safety to lead safety strategy and compliance across Tennessee and Kentucky operations. You will shape safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with regional leadership and operations teams.

The role focuses on building leadership capabilities, driving safe decision-making, and delivering measurable improvements in TRIR and near-miss reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Risk Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience.
• Multi-site manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, investigations, audits and compliance systems.
• Experience in food manufacturing or fast-paced manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional EHS strategy across Tennessee and Kentucky facilities.
• Standardize safety programs, procedures, and expectations across multiple sites.
• Partner with executive leadership to set goals and safety objectives.
• Drive accountability and ownership at all levels of the organization.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental compliance, lead audits and investigations.
• Coach site Safety Managers and operations leaders to improve culture and reporting.
• Present safety performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
