Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Safety Management degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing safety management experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and PSM standards; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety programs and OSHA compliance across CAM facilities; base in Baltimore with support to other locations.
• Conduct policy audits and maintain OSHA/PSM records; lead safety trainings for new hires and current staff.
• Investigate incidents, drive corrective actions, track safety metrics and report to EHS leadership.
• Lead safety audits, sustain improvement initiatives, and participate in safety committee and CI meetings.
• Partner with COS to implement lean safety tools and preserve compliance in operations.
