Job summary

SpecialtyCare is seeking an EEG Training Specialist to plan, develop, and coordinate clinical training programs for associates with no prior EEG experience. You will work with the Medical/Education Departments to train clinicians to meet competency requirements and perform EEG studies in rotation with clinical teams.

You will lead in-hospital instruction, create online learning modules, coordinate schedules, and guide competency assessments to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or graduate from an accredited EEG program may be substituted.
• Certified as Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG) through ABRET.
• Graduated from an accredited END program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and coordinate clinical training programs for associates with no prior EEG experience.
• Improve performance of EEG Technicians and maintain local area continuing education.
• Perform EEG studies in rotation with clinical teams.
• Serve as liaison with Medical/Education Departments to ensure ACNS guideline compliance.
• Create course content and online learning modules; coordinate training schedules.
• Oversee training instructors and competency assessments for EEG staff.
