Job summary

Xenter is seeking a Lead EEG Technician to guide clinical testing across multiple clinic locations in Texas. This role blends hands-on EEG skill with leadership duties, including recruiting, screening, training, scheduling, and supporting a growing team of EEG Technicians.

You will travel regionally to customer sites, work in person, and help ensure high-quality data collection while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. The position offers growth into expanded leadership as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Completion of MA, Phlebotomy, RN, or LVN/LPN program.
• Certification in CPT, CCMA, CMA, LVN, LPN, or RN is required.
• Demonstrated phlebotomy proficiency and ability to train others in phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for EEG procedures and ensure comfort and cooperation.
• Attach electrodes accurately per protocols for high-quality signals.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust to minimize artifacts.
• Operate EEG equipment with precision and document findings per HIPAA.
• Generate patient reports and upload to neurologists for review.
• Travel between clinics and support equipment maintenance and safety.
• Train and mentor EEG Technicians and assist in staffing across locations.
• Support hiring and interviews for EEG Technician roles.
