Job summary

SpecialtyCare is seeking a Remote EEG Monitoring Technologist to analyze real-time and historical EEG data, annotate records, and detect abnormalities for timely clinical action. You will work independently, troubleshoot multiple EEG systems, ensure HIPAA compliance, and coordinate with oversight neurologists and hospital staff for interventions.

Graduation from an accredited EEG program with registration eligibility is required; registration as EEG tech (T. and/or CLTM) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited EEG program with registration eligibility.
• Registered EEG technician (T. or CLTM) preferred.
• Experience with long-term monitoring (cEEG) in ICU/EMU settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EEG data in real time and from history; annotate and flag findings.
• Troubleshoot EEG equipment and software; ensure data integrity.
• Maintain compliant records and documentation per HIPAA and company policy.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and remote colleagues for timely interventions.
