Job summary

US Neuro is a nationwide EEG service provider seeking an EEG Technologist to perform diagnostic and long-term EEG studies across multiple care settings. You will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while calibrating and maintaining EEG equipment and applying electrodes per the 10-20 system.

Qualifications

• Completed EEG training and able to perform diagnostic and long-term EEG studies.
• Ability to travel to clinics, patient homes, and hospitals as needed.
• Commitment to HIPAA, infection control, and universal precautions.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, long-term, in-home, on-site, inpatient, and remote EEG studies.
• Obtain and document relevant patient medical history.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot EEG equipment.
• Apply and remove EEG electrodes using the 10-20 system and perform impedance testing.
• Conduct activation procedures (hyperventilation, photic stimulation, sleep).
• Recognize and document abnormal EEG activity for physician review.
• Maintain accurate documentation of waveforms, clinical events, and patient data.
• Prepare preliminary findings for interpreting physicians.
• Travel between clinics, patient homes, hospitals, and provide remote monitoring services.

Position Summary

We're seeking a skilled and dependable professional to join our team as an EEG Technologist. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed EEG training and are ready to apply their skills. You'll perform a wide range of diagnostic and long-term EEG studies across multiple care settings while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
