Job summary

Kiddie Academy seeks an in-market Regional Manager for New Jersey/Philadelphia to support franchisees with educational and operational insight. You will advise on marketing, business planning, and training while helping shape educational programming across our Academies.

This remote position requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to travel to academy locations nationwide up to 75% of the time. Reside in NJ/Philly area preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of multi-unit child care facility management and leadership.
• Strong sales, marketing and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with regulatory agencies and business management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level educational and operational analysis to franchisees.
• Advise on marketing and business planning to support ownership teams.
• Assist in establishing educational programming across Kiddie Academy locations.
• Help develop ongoing training programs for franchisees and staff.
