Kiddie Academy is seeking an Early Childhood Education Regional Manager for the Atlanta area. In this role you will provide high-level educational and operational guidance to franchise owners and their teams, supporting marketing, business planning, and training initiatives.

The position is in-market Atlanta, Georgia, with remote work flexibility and up to 75% travel to academy locations nationwide. A strong background in education management and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit child care facility management.
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Management, or a related field.
• High level of experience with sales, marketing, financial analysis, regulatory agencies, and business management.
• The ability to travel to academy locations nationwide up 75% of the time.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive training and presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level educational and operational analysis for franchisees and management staff.
• Advise on marketing and business planning for Academies.
• Assist in establishing educational programming at Kiddie Academy locations.
• Aid in ongoing training programs for franchisees and staff.
• Support franchise owners and their management teams.
